Best season
The best months for a trekking on Mount Rinjani are from April to December. In fact, officially you can only book your trekking for these months. This has everything to do with the fact that Mount Rinjani National Park is closed in the rainy season, which lasts from January to March. Although there are providers who nevertheless have access, we recommend avoiding the mountain in the rainy season.
Training
Do you make it to your destinations as planned? Often this depends on the unpredictable weather in the mountains. However, it can also depend on your own physical condition.
Mount Rinjani is principally for everyone, but some physical condition can make trekking lot easier and more enjoyable.
