Is my payment to Bookatrekking.com safe?
We only use Stripe, which allows you to make a fully secure and SSL-encrypted payment. We support the following payment methods: all Visa and Mastercards, iDEAL, SOFORT, Bancontact and Giropay. Your payment is safe and the details of your payment method are invisible to us and third parties.
I pay a 15% deposit now. What happens next?
Once you pay a 15% deposit, your booking is made, you receive a payment confirmation and the availability is checked again. What about the rest of the payment?
You have the option of paying the rest of your payment on arrival at your destination. Certainly. Then choose payment of the full amount (100%) when booking.
What happens once I have booked?
Once your booking is made, you will receive a payment confirmation and your availability will be checked again. Once your trek is confirmed you will receive a booking confirmation with all trek and contact details.
Can I change my booking?
You can change your reservation by contacting our trekking experts to discuss the possibilities.
How do you go about cancellation?
You wish you didn’t have to, but there is no other way: You find yourself having to cancel your plans. In this case you will lose your deposit. Please contact our trekking experts to arrange your cancellation.
