Is my payment to Bookatrekking.com safe?
We only use Stripe, which allows you to make a fully secure and SSL-encrypted payment. We support the following payment methods: all Visa and Mastercards, iDEAL, SOFORT, Bancontact and Giropay. Your payment is safe and the details of your payment method are invisible to us and third parties.
I pay a deposit now. What happens next?
Once you pay a deposit, your booking is made, you receive a payment confirmation and the availability is checked again. Once your trek is confirmed you will receive a booking confirmation with all trekking and contact details. *Please note: For self-guided walking tours in Europe offered by Bookatrekking.com Trips BV different Booking Conditions apply.
What about the rest of the payment?
You have the option of paying the rest of your payment on arrival at your destination. I prefer to pay the full amount in advance. Is this possible?
Certainly. Then choose payment of the full amount (100%) when booking.
What happens once I have booked?

Can I change my booking?
You can change your reservation by contacting our trekking experts to discuss the possibilities.
How do you go about cancellation?
You wish you didn’t have to, but there is no other way: You find yourself having to cancel your plans. You may cancel free of charge if you notify us at least 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Please contact our trekking experts to arrange your cancellation
