Along the way you can feast on the tastiest local cheeses, game specialties, and freshly baked bread. And yes, that of course includes a good glass of Schnaps or a local beer. Today’s route leads through lush forests and wide meadows toward Schwarzenberg. Take a lunch break at a mountain inn, where you can savor hearty dishes like Käsespätzle and local game. Schwarzenberg itself is famous for its well-preserved traditional wooden architecture and art. A stroll through the village will reveal beautifully painted houses and an old parish church with frescoes by the famous painter Angelika Kauffmann. Enjoy a relaxing evening here, sampling regional wines or a local beer.

    You have to make your own way to the starting point. The total amount does not include personal transport. This also applies to any transport from the end point of your trail.

    Should you need any form of (public) transport on location, this is not part of the trekking package. This includes the use of taxi, bus, cable cars, gondolas etc.
