This is a 3-day tour to Crater Rim Senaru at Rinjani Mountain National Park. This tour is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced trekkers. At the mountain itself, we will spend 2 days (days 2 and 3). On day 1 we will pick you up at the airport or any Lombok arrival port or any hotel in this area (Airport, Kuta, Selong belanak, Praya, Lembar, Mataram, Senggigi, Batulayar, Mangsit, Kecinan, Teluk Nara, Teluk Kode, Bangsal, Tanjung & Tete Batu). We will then drive you to Senaru. Go local with Rinjani Trekking Center and sleep the first night in a homestay (deluxe room) in Senaru. Village life on it’s purest. On this package, you will visit: Senaru, the Crater RIM Senaru & the Tropical Forest.
From the Crater Rim, you will be able to see the lake and the summit of Mount Rinjani, but you will not be visiting them. From the crater Rim you will also be able to enjoy a wonderful sunset and the views of Agung mountain at Bali islands, and Gili Islands.
*This trek is available from April 1st to December 31st due to climatic reasons.
This trek includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
During your trek, you will stay in tents. The crew will take care of setting up all camping equipment.
During your trek, you will at all times be accompanied by an English speaking guide.
The cost of permits to enter the national park during your trek is included in the price.
Porters will be there to assist with carrying all camping and other necessary equipment during your trek.
Enough drinking water will be provided during the trip.
Sleeping bags and liners are provided.
On the first day, you will stay overnight at a hotel in Senaru.
During your time in the mountain, you can leave your extra luggage in our office free of charge.
This trip does not include costs for transportation (flights, bus travel, etc.) to your destination.
Personal expenses such as souvenirs, drinks at the bar and other similar expenses are your own responsibility.
Gratuities for the guide are not covered by the trek's price. The amount to tip is at your discretion, yet if you've received excellent service from your guide, considering a generous tip is appreciated.
Your international travel insurance is your own responsibility. It is important that your travel insurance also covers adventures at a high altitude. Discuss your itinerary with the insurance company before your trek.
