Bookatrekking were great. The Refugio’s were fantastic. The communication. The app and maps.

Everything was great! App was excellent. Most days were longer than the app told us so we learnt to adjust. The short days were a bit short and early in the route but the rest days were nice

The entire start to end experience was great. Thumbs up to your crew, they are so patient, helpful and responsive. We are from Asia and unfamiliar with Europe (especially transportation and climate), they were so kind to answer all our questions. The app provided was informative n really impressive. Map was accurate and great, most accommodation and food has met our expectation too… except La Fouly… I got skin rashes likely from the “dirty” blanket or bed… other then that, rest was great. Will be happy to recommend you guys to friends or engage you guys in our next hiking trip

What an incredible trip - bookatrekking made it so easy! My one complaint was the hut we stayed in on the last night - it was more of a family vibe where we had to do our own dishes and there was no food or drink available for purchase. Not a big deal, but a bit of a bummer to have a less social place for our very last night on the trail after such lovely evenings preceding it.

From booking to finishing the hike, the entire Bookatrekking process was straightforward and seamless. All of our accommodations were booked as promised, and we never had a single issue. The app works great, and the information provided is clear, useful, and not overwhelming. 10/10 I would absolutely book with them again and recommend them to others!

Stays on the TMB thru Bookatrekking were GREAT, the app was easy to use and before the trek began emails were answered quickly. However, it would have been helpful if bookatrekking reached out the day before our trek began to see if we had any last minute ?s or concerns. Once we started we had only the app. The daily trail maps were handy but often times off or misleading. The actual daily mileage was usually longer than stated and that makes a difference when you are planning your day... start time, duration, end time, etc. Also, it would have been a great help if the daily descriptions expanded on how to get to the nightly stops bc some where back up a mountain or a few miles thru town or down a steep windy dirt road that looked like it went on forever in the wrong direction. Again, this may sound trite, but at the end of the day when you think your stay is near but actually still a few miles more and not sure where, a description would do the soul some good. In the end, our TMB trek was amazing and Bookatrekking was a big part of that.

All the information in the app is amazing. Best experience ever with the itinerary and maps and everything. We had an issue with The North Face store in Courmayeur they din not give us the 10% discount. They sad they don’t know nothing about that and that they are francize and this discount does not apply. Patagonia did, they were very happy to hear that someone travelling with Bookatrekking came to them for shopping, very nice and helpful the stuff ❤️ thank you. All the accommodations were nice and ok, except in Vallorcine at Le Saint-Louis. The ALL beds are very, very noisy, one small movement wake up all the dormitory. The storm from that night woke us up because it was raining in the house from the ceiling in the bed of a woman and she had to move the bed :(. The house is beautiful, but… needs some improvement. And another unexpected thing it was that the owner of the house made us set the dinner table, wash the dishes, dry them, put them back, and the breakfast same story. Is not a problem when you know about it, you come prepared. But when all the itinerary is in a way, and in the last day you come tired and exhausted it is kind of wired. It did not bothered us, it was kind of fun to do that with the team :)))) we became friends on the way, but.. dunno. That house felt not like the others. Old, noisy, no stamps for TMB, no nothing to buy until dinner, no place to sit outside and admire landscape, no nothing, just allooot of asking things to do from the owner of the house. I will not go there again. The trails were amazing, the landscapes, the food was great, the weather, the people we meet via Bookatrekking, everything was amazing. Thank you so much!

I was really content with the service. Logistics perfectly organized, all information provided in advance, map was accurate, except for one time, but it was such a minor thing and could be figured out even intuitively. The TMB is definitely a life-time experience, no words can express the awe of being there, sometimes I had to remind myself that it was all real. I’m thankful to Bookatrekking for making it easier for me in terms of organization. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Bookatrekking did a great job in finding us accommodations on the TMB, which was quite a load off our minds as we attempted to plan this from across the ocean! While there was one (Refuge Chapy Mont Blanc) that felt a bit off the beaten path and required some longer backtracking, generally the itineraries for each day were great. We really enjoyed the app and felt like it was useful in guiding us with optional shortcuts and information about the day (sometimes the listed "easy walks" were not, but we understand the need for optimism!). We felt well prepared by Bookatrekking for our adventure, in the training and packing videos they provided us with ahead of time. A few more details about where lunch might be acquired could be a nice addition to future iterations of the app. We quickly bonded with other folks using Bookatrekking for the journey, as we were on similar itineraries. Favorite places to stay included Gite Mermoud and Refugio Vielle. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bookatrekking for folks planning the TMB and hope to use them for future adventures.

Loved the trail and scenery. The hiking directions in the app were not adequate. There were many options that were not explained. The difficulty of the ascents and descents was understated. While most of the accommodations you booked were fine, Refugio Elizabetta was not acceptable. The sleeping arrangements with single long mattresses stacked three high was terrible and there were not enough showers. The check-in was chaos.

You took care of booking the huts and planning the itinerary. All I had to do was working out to build my endurance and strength, book a flight and pack my bag! The auto-guided Tour du Mont Blanc was a trek of a lifetime! Thank you Bookatrekking.

The experience overall was so great, being immersed in nature with the convenience of a hot meal and bed every night, and a big weight off not to have to plan logistics. The app was also very helpful. We used it almost exclusively for navigation. The only thing I would change is that some of the accomodations were quite far from the trail and required significant detouring to access. This also made a few days quite long hikes.

I had the best time with book a trek. It was so nice having the itinerary and lodging all planned out. We only had one issue with a lodge stay and book a trek was extremely responsive. We met the most lovely people and had a fantastic trip. I would go through book a trek again and recommend it to others!

The offline app was superb. The days varied in length and difficulty with some accommodations on variants which we very much enjoyed! The range of accommodation was broad, but hosts generally very welcoming with good food prepared for us. We had an issue with 1 host turning us away (there was a place for us about 500meters away but after a tough day, not the greeting we expected after someone else’s error), and 1 place not having any drinking or washing water due to the drought. However, the experience was fantastic and we met similar hikers from across the world who had also booked with Bookatrekking so had similar itineraries. That meant we could laugh and support each other in the huts most evenings and discuss routes, shuttle buses, cable cars, hut shoes, ‘cozy’ dorms, packing, toilets, life, views and sore knees to our heart’s content if we so chose. Will definitely choose again if I have the chance to hike again

Bookatrekking took care of all accommodations, the headache of planning the itinerary, and the app with the route was exceptional! We were raving about bookatrekking to everyone on the trail!

Really if I could give 4.5 stars that would be more correct. This was the trip of a lifetime. Here are some things that were great and then just a few things that would have made it just a little better. You did all of the booking for us. Planning this, particularly lodging, on our own when not knowing the area at all would have been difficult and stressful. We loved the tracking our location in reference to the trail in real time. That was so helpful! Booking some of the same people at the same lodging each night turned out to be such a blessing. You become comfortable with the folks you are sharing sleeping quarters with. All of the information about packing etc provided ahead of time is great. There really was a lot of information provided to prepare ahead of time. suggestions: 2 of the 5 nights' lodging were pretty far off the trail. All of the backtracking the next day that that meant was very frustrating. The night in Grassonet was particularly exasperating. Please provide an alternate route if there is a shortcut even if it means going through a town. We spent hours going around the town on a less than stellar backwoods trail at the end of a very long day, just to end up at the end of the road through town we could have taken. Then the route the next day was to backtrack that very exasperating couple of hours! Thank goodness some more savvy travelers than us, figured out how to take a bus closer to the actual TMB trail head. Maybe just include these kind of options in the daily route run down. Also if it's possible not to use this particular refuge would be an improvement.

Stays were well organized and seamless. Navigation was easy. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

It was nice to be able to do the tour without having to worry much about the logistics. Bookatrekking set up all the accommodations and every refuge was nice with no negative surprises. They also have a nice app that consolidated all of the info you need in a concise manner. All the routes got from current hut to next hut and were really easy to follow. The weather and packing checklist were very useful as well. Im not sure that other booking sites allow you to book solo but this is a good one for people wanting to do a solo/self guided trek. It was nice being able to go at my own pace but then having the social aspect at the refuges. You tend to meet a lot of people along the way which makes the tour more memorable As for the hiking itself, the trails were well marked and maintained, there were a lot of people on the trails but not in a crowded sense and the views and food were great. A truly great trek. It was challenging but very doable

The booking process was easy and allowed for me to be as involved as I wanted in understanding what steps were remaining. The accommodations chosen were perfect and tailored towards what we felt was a very special experience with each hut feeling unique. The trail recommendations and variations allowed for us to tailor our days further to our capability.

Everything was well organized. We didn’t have to worry about not having lodging (or food). The refuges/gites/hotels were nice and the owners friendly.

The GPS guidance on the app worked excellently. Only once was it incorrect and the frustration was multiplied by a time restraint mixed with a severe thunderstorm. The GPS guidance stopped well before the actual end of the trek, so we had to figure out our own route to the gondola. We did reach out to bookatrekking and they were of no help at the time. The second issue was that our "comfort" trek hotel reservations were not honored and Bookatrekking downgraded us to an unacceptable hotel on our much needed rest days. They did give us a small refund, but it did not make up for the experience for those two nights.

Bookatrekking took care of everything for us (9 Aussies & 2 Irish) all friends and wanting to stay together at the refugees must have been a struggle but they were great and managed it all. So helpful we all would absolutely recommend them if wanting to self guide the TMB. The APP was very useful and true to track. Thank you I’m sure we’ll use you again.

The booking and communication was smooth and easy. The app was good, but when it did an update and you were in off line mode, it failed to open anymore. The work around was to completely delete it, reinstall and log in. This was not expected and could be a test you include in future updates to avoid this. Some of the accommodation was not that good, there was a bed but very over crowded and no room to walk. Some accommodation had no where to sit, other than an overcrowded dorm. Overall it was a great experience.

The experience was great. Great views, good food. Only issue was the dormitories at the 3rd place. Very cramped & unsafe

The planning and setting up was wonderful. Any questions I had pre Trek were answered in a timely manner. Refugios were what I anticipated. I found the app very helpful. I would have like a summary of our days in one image to see the whole trek in one shot.

Bookatrekking organized the full tour was really helpful for me , was really easy to show up to the huts and have everything ready, only one hut was completely out of the route , although in general all huts were really good, food , accomodations, etc

Great platform and app for refuge booking. Highly recommend hiking your own hike and doing research independently in addition to these bookings even if you only have the option of booking with a company due to timing. Ended up picking and choosing which nights I stayed on the itinerary and when I completed particular sections of the hike and saw everything I wanted to see (including sunset at particular locations etc.)

The bookings in general were great. The GPX files worked pretty good. I would very much recommend. The last auberge seemed pretty austere. Me and other people on the itinerary decided to get a room elsewhere. Maybe its just part of the experience. The routes were well thought and planned. I used AlpyBus for transportation from the Geneva Airport and back, but could never reach them to change the pikcup site for the return. Even from a week before, I never got an answer to my emails and the "Call center" just seemed like a simulated waiting line to which nobody ever answered.

All the refuges were amazing! They were clean, had a friendly vibe and great food. The Bookatrekking app was very convenient too, I used it a lot during planning and on the trail. I’d recommend this company to book this hike with, no regrets!

The views, the challenge and rewarding feelings of a long hike, meeting new people, and staying in new places made this trip a one of a kind experience that we'll never forget!

Everything was booked and ready for us. The app was excellent with the step by step navigation. Excellent experience. The only thing that could have made this better, is if we could have stayed in the same places as other BookaTrekking people. We made friends and got split up at nights.

Very good planning, a perfectly chosen route and accommodation. An interactive map on the road was very valuable, which worked perfectly even when there was no signal. A list of items was also very helpful.

Awesome! The team at Bookatrekking were super responsive, communicative and flexible before we left for our trip. The organisation and communication were impeccable, making both accommodation booking and hike management simple for us. The app was terrific. It was good to arrive at the refuges and mention your name and that you booked through Bookatrekking and you dorm was ready and waiting for you. Good communication from Bookatrekking with useful information on how to prepare for your hike. This is the second time I have use Bookatrekking and would not hesitate to use them again

My journey to circumnavigate Mont Blanc through France Italy and Switzerland was truly enjoyable. I met wonderful people and stayed in charming places along the way. The app provided easy and comfortable navigation, making the whole experience effortless. All these elements combined to create a memorable adventure I’ll cherish forever. My changes would be to include km/mile markers in the app so you can track your journey and remaining distance. It should also clearly indicate particularly challenging sections unsuitable for inexperienced hikers. Furthermore, the app should provide detailed information about food and water availability along the way. Finally, our last accommodation was disappointing; it was very basic and lacked a bar or restaurants. Our final night together should have been a celebration but instead it was bleak and inferior to any other place I’ve stayed. I also suggest offering a digital certificate to those who complete the TMB. This certificate would include the route, places stayed and the option to print it as a keepsake.

I loved this trip. Tour de Mont Blanc was stunning. Bookatrekking app was brilliant and most refugios were great (first time hosteler). Food was excellent. Two refugios I didnt enjoy and the times and distances on the app were a little off. Hence my 4 stars rather than 5. Would I book with bookatrekking again - 100%

All of the communication was handled promptly and effectively. We felt exceptionally well-prepared four our journey and had zero issues with logistics (navigation on trail and refugio accommodations). The BAT app was a key guide for us during our journey.

The whole experience went without a flaw. The app was straight forward and easy to use. The map was ideal. There was a great welcome at the huts and the food was good. All in all a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely use again.

Overall the TMB West tour was fine and went smoothly. Accomodation was as expected for mountain refuges (good food, good company and very little sleep). We enjoyed staying at Auberge du Truc, Elisabetta and Maison Vielle. Our main disappointment was that Bookatrekking did not provide the advertised accommodation. They took the deposit and then replaced the Bonhomme refuge for a hotel in Bourg St Maurice. Chatting to others we got the impression this happens pretty frequently. On the plus side Bookatrekking did lay on a taxi but we only knew this was being done that a few weeks before the trip. If this happens be aware that: * Auberge du Truc to Les Chapieux on day 2 is a 24km hike so we had a long tough day (though an easier next day) * The Base Lodge Hotel in Bourg St Maurice had great food but the 4 bed dorm room in the basement was baking-hot (no a/c or window). Very uncomfortable. * The next day's taxi transfer was early at 0645 and the trip to the Elisabetta was pretty short given the extra 5km done on the previous day. We arrived for an early lunch, Bookatrekking were reasonable value but if we'd known they too could not get the Bonhomme/Nova refuges we would have done our own booking and saved ourselves some money.

All the reservations went smoothly. The maps were good, we could follow easily our progression. All the information prior to the trek was helpful foe a better preparation.

The experience was brilliant. The hikes stunning. Words and photos don’t do it justice. Map very easy to follow. And very useful app Only minor niggle. Needs to a better effort to have more details on each different refuge. Do they have WiFi? Do they take card? Do they speak English? This wouldn’t take much research and would be hugely helpful.

It was incredibly easy to book refuges through Bookatrekking- saving a lot of time over booking each individually our selves. However, we did have two days with very short distances between refuges and others that were longer than needed. We would have appreciated a bit more balanced distances. The app, while helpful to navigate the trail, was woefully inaccurate in distances, elevation gain, and time estimates. We were tracking our progress with Garmin GPS and in some cases the distances were off by 5+ KM. On a final note, our final refuge was too basic and barely staffed. We arrived at 3pm and saw a note that no one was there currently. It took until after 6 for someone to show up. We then learned that we needed to pay for blankets and we were responsible for washing our dishes. Unlike all the other refuges there wasn't a bar/counter service to grab a beer or a snack.

All reservationz were ok. Very good meal in evray refuges. Navigating with the app was easy. Breakfast must be better in some refuges.

The entire pre-travel information was really super. The app is splendid and the frequent follow-up mails, too. Most of the accommodations were fine - I had thought/hoped more would be physically situated in the heights - instead of having to walk down in the afternoon and then up again next morning. The last place - the Nouveau Grassonet in Argentiere was below standard: no persons were present until 5-5.30 pm - it was not possible to purchase any foods/snacks or drinks at all - and the additional 3 km to walk in the afternoon and next morning, too - were certainly not needed after 8-9 days of long walks. On top came the fact we had to pay 5 euro for a blanket to cover ourselves. The price is not important- but the principle / not having been given the information upfront by you.

I am so glad I used Bookatrekking to organise the logistics of my TMB trek. I was anxious before I started the trek, thinking I should have booked on a guided tour so that I would be walking with an experienced guide who knew the trail and the accommodations well, and that I would be in a group rather than walking as an individual. Bookatrekking were very proactive leading up to the trip, sending out videos on all aspects of the trek, with updates on packing lists, good weather apps, and how to deal with unfavourable conditions. Their app is excellent and its navigation feature is brilliant. Cannot get lost ! The trek would have to be one of the most social and friendly walks you can do anywhere. There are so many people from all over the world who are there to enjoy the beauty and splendour of the alps. So never felt alone. I spoke with some people who spent over a day trying to book refuges, and who had to reroute their trek to fit in with their accommodations. So I cannot rate Bookatrekking highly enough.

Book a trekking provides a wonderful portal that focuses on critical information to trekkers that have chosen not to be in large guided groups . From a downloadable detailed itinerary to packing list to weather. I was a bit suspect when I first found the website as I had never heard of it before. However its legitimacy was evident as the trekking began. We met many other trekkers also using BAT who had similar itineraries. We developed friendships with about 15 other trekers. We were all disappointed to discover that we were split up into about 5-6 different huts on our last night. Ultimately we planned a little reunion dinner after returning to Chamonix. I will very likely use BAT in the future.

Bookatrekking is an incredibly reliable hike provider. We chose to go on a 10-day hut-to-hut Tour du Mont Blanc and had all breakfasts and dinners included. They booked and took care of everything for us (except flights), which was a big relief. The app worked almost perfectly for navigation (maps, shortcuts, incline, decline) and most features are available offline which was extra useful. Why not 5 stars: Some of the huts were wrongly marked as private homes and on day 9 we barged into someone’s private property (most of the time it was easy to find the right property however this one had the wrong address down, no phone number and wrong in-app marking), one of the huts made us pay for a 14-litre shower despite it supposedly being included and - in the same hut- we slept in a room that resembled a concentration camp rather than a refuge. I will say, the minor issues while annoying, did not taint the overall experience, I have had a great time and would probably book with them again and maybe even recommend it to a friend!

Unforgettable experience! We went in June 2026 and weather is perfect. Views of the mountain range with glaciers is spectacular! Quite hot but tolerable. We did half of TMB from Chamonix to Courmayeur. Everything went smoothly from transport to accomodations(hut). Overall great experience!

Trail Maps were great and that you could download them into an app that you were familiar which was also good. We could safely go at our own pace knowing everyone had good support. We travelled as a family of 8 adults and the huts made sure we were looked after together.

Every detail was covered. We particularly loved the map. Thank you too for helping us map out the remainder of our trip after we spun off from the group. Highly recommend Bookatrekking!

Very helpful and good flexibility around booking of Refuges.

They made the our trek hassle free. They took care of all the logistics from hut to hut and the app was so handy for all the information we needed about our booking and day the day to day for the hiking we were doing.

TMB was An ‘out of the confort zone’ experience in every aspect (physically , sleeping in huts etc )but at the same time, one of the most unforgettable experiences ever . Thanks to the book a trekking team .

All our refugios were nice, and our meals were satisfying. The only thing I wished, the company would have been able to do, was to make the hikes from hut to hut more even in kilometers. Thaks a million. You did a fantastic job.

The experience of TDMB is unbelievable. The magestic views, the physical challenge and the people you meet are incredible. Bookatrekking made it very easy for us given I found it difficult to book consecutive nights myself. Book early as that makes a difference. Be clear on where you want to walk and any variants you might want to do. The food supplied was amazing. Packed lunches were great. Note Refuge de la Croix du Bonhomme needed 3 days notice for a packed lunch but this is not pointed out anywhere. The rest day in Cormayeur was excellent, as was the accommodation booked for us. The app was great but could have additional information on each days walk. The descriptions were a bit 'light' but the Knife Edge book helped. Overall a fabulous experience.

Great communication from the team. We were able to reach the bookatrekking team throughout the tour and their response was prompt.

It was such a wonderful feeling when the 10 days trekking ends. It was well organized and maps were very helpful except one portion had a missing route. All the mountain huts were different and had a great experience of the hut stay. The most special things were meeting other hikers on trails and hut. We met many hikers from all over the world sharing the time together. I would like to do the similar trekking again next year. I hiked with my 29 years old son ( I turned 60 during this TMB hiking) and he really enjoyed this. It was a such a special memories with him.

The Tour du Mont Blanc was a fantastic adventure that I can only recommend to everyone. Amazing scenery, epic hikes, great experience meeting likeminded people. Thanks for planning and organizing our trip, and for all the information provided. Everything worked great and we never had an issue along the way. I'd have only one recommendation for improvement: please improve the app. It is very basic, and though you can follow the route with it, there is not much else you can do.

What an amazing experience! Thank you so much to Bookatrekking for organising everything for us. The app was a fabulous support and was invaluable at times. The refuges were ok, some better than others and we met some great people along the way.

I booked, via Bookatrekking, an arrangement whereby they booked my refuges (huts). They also provided my with a guided app. among itinary -the routes to walk and the places to sleep-. What also was very nice that sometimes -from la Peule to La Fouly- they a much nicer route than the regulier route :-) Also their service is great when you have questions. There are some minor points for Improvement. I recommend Bookatrekking for sure (I give them a 9 out of 10).

Scenery was incredible. Host at hut was lovely. People we met were awesome. Plenty of water, food and toilets along the way.

The food was super good at the last place 'Gite le Moulin', the best of all.

A wonderful route with unforgettable views. Helpful information was provided before the start of the trek. The route is demanding, and for those who walk at a slower pace, the suggested walking times are rather difficult to achieve. On the last day, the route ends not at the accommodation but near the chairlift to Chamonix, where the hotel is located. It’s important to note that the chairlift stops operating at 5:00 PM, so if you want to make it in time, you really need to hurry that day or shorten the route. This information should be included in the app. I don’t recall any place where credit cards weren’t accepted. Dinners in the mountain huts are usually around 7:00 PM. In most places, you can get hot water for free.

Booking through bookatrekking was easy and at first, I had doubts if it was a scam, but then all the info started flowing and when I arrived at the different huts everything was in order as it should. I was relieved when I arrived at the first hut and the reservation was in my name. The whole experience was as or better than expected.

I can highly recommend Bookatrekking.com. It was superbly easy to go for a trek with them.

Overall we were very pleased with the arrangements. All reservations and meal services worked as planned. In a few instances we found the Komoot map to have minor errors which were easy to avoid as we also used IGN 1:25 000 maps and Strava to track our route. The short written descriptions of the route were probably cut-and-paste from some other itinerary as they were occasionally inconsistent. Somewhat confusing was also the description of the end of the tour, which stopped high above Chamonix. But overall, our experience was very positive. Even the 76-year old father (Eero) walked the entire circle!

Our experience with Bookatrekking was exceptional. We were a group of 10 strong, with ages 11 to 70. Their reservations and informative pre hike communications and data proved to be reassuring and helped all of us with our preparedness. I will use Bookatrekking in the future!

No complaints, extremely well worth it. I would not have been able to coordinate booking the huts on my own for this hike.

Bookatrekking provided a very detailed itinerary that was a great help in planning for the trip. The itinerary included contact information for each hut along with distance and elevation profiles. Also included was a route overview section that acts as a quick look guide for each day including distance, ascent/descent and estimated time. This was followed by a very detailed description of each stage. This was a great help in preparing for the trip. In addition, each hut was also described in detail. The huts were expecting us and in general were very clean and welcoming.

Bookatrekking reserved all of our refugios on the TMB in 2024. They clearly have a good relationship with the refugios because everything was in order when we arrived which gave us great peace of mind. The route planning could have been a little better. They simply provided the Kamoot app with links to each day's trek and no real training on how to use it. Also, we wanted to make a tweak to our plan to see if it was possible to pay a little more and stay in a private room instead of the dorms on one night and Bookatrekking would not reach out to the refugio to even see if it was possible to make that change - which was a little disappointing. Overall, it was a great trip and we appreciate what Bookatrekking did for us.

I’ve left a previous review of the company for our tour of Mont Blanc. This review is about the specific refugios: 1) Gite Les Mezeles - I can’t say enough about our hosts or about accommodations. Truly a wonderful evening! 2) La Croix Bonhommes - amazing location, but can be challenging as it’s 100 person dorm. I wish we had booked a private room. Large rooms, old bathrooms, and heavy doors that almost knocked me down the stairs. I do not have anything negative to say about the food or staff because I don’t know how they managed to get the food & cook the meal they did! 3) Refugio Elisabetta - another large dorm and some non-functioning washrooms made it challenging. Some staff were super friendly, and some staff were not willing to help. Decent food. 4) Refugio Maison Vielle - another amazing & accommodating host! Beautiful setting! Great meals! The only issue was noisy guests at 5 a.m.who would not listen to our complaints. 5) Refugio Gio Bertone - Beautiful setting! Check-in process was unnecessarily long and laborious. Meals were OK. Staff was ok. 6) Gio Alpage de la Peule - lovely setting, and wonderful meals. Friendly staff. 7) Relais Darpette - I cannot remember much about this Refugio 8) Aunerge Mont Blanc - Lovely places to sit, decent food, nice staff. 9) Gite Le Moulin - friendly staff, good showers, good meals. In Courmayeur, we were in Hotel Triolet - very friendly and accommodating staff and amazing breakfast!

We booked to hike the TMB through Bookatrekking and it was seamless - communication was great from the start, we received all our details and information in plenty of time, and there were no hiccups along the way. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again for a similar trip.

Good experience with good price! Areas of improvement: - The App doesn't show all the restaurants and huts for late breakfast and lunch. - The last refuge on Day 9 is 20 minutes off the track. The distance is not spread across evenly across the 10 days. Some days you just walk 4 hours, some for 7. - Some refuges provide minimal breakfast, especially on the big day where the itinerary said,"Get a big breakfast before the big climb today." - Due to the ease of accessibility, too many beginners who don't know mountain etiquette are on the hike. Like students and seniors, who tend to break the rules and disrespect other hikers in the dorms.

Great experience!! I do think it could be done in 8 or 9 days rather than 10, but over all it was so amazing! Views were phenomenal. I can’t wait to book again! We stayed in private rooms 2/10 days and only had one night with the backpacker bucks (16 twin bunks packed in a row; fairly standard). Would do again with same accommodations.

I'm pretty happy with the experience. It certainly simplified everything, I had no issues with my bookings, the refuges were nice and the maps were overall convenient. I had some slight issues with the maps on one of the days, and I know for a fact that other people got lost as well, and we found the listed distances to be inaccurate on some occasions. Otherwise I had no issues, and will consider booking with this company again! The price is reasonable too 🙂

I had a great experience in doing the Tour du Mont Blanc because Bookatrekking provide me all kind of information regarding to necesary equipment, the ideal weight of the bag and how to train for the trip. Also, they made good reservations in apropriated auberges, located at good distances.

Trekking was great. Accommodation was acceptable. Remote help was not that great. The navigation tool was helpful, though sometime it appeared not working appropriately.

I will give 5 star to Bookatrekking.com and especially to Ms Annemiek Meulenbeld for the fantastic and professional work by her and her team. We were a huge group of 24 members and we started to work on the project in August 2023. She was very patient with all my queries, which I had many, during the planning stage; as we were working with them for the first time. To accommodate such a huge group in one mountain hut was a challenge. But they manged to accomplish that huge task. All the mountain huts had proper booking for our group without absolutely no hiccups. The company also provided us with the detailed navigational maps, especially plotted for our group on Komoot and they all worked to the tee. We had no difficulty. The planning and coordination was actually tested to limit, as I, the leader and coordinator of the group got injured on 3rd day of the trek and had to be airlifted to a hospital; but even despite the leader's absence there was no problem with the logistics. So all the kudos to the team Bookatrekking.com and to Ms Annemiek Meulenbeld. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone with my eyes closed. Best of luck and keep doing good things.

The TMB was awesome, the nature was beautiful. However there were some misalignments: routes on Komoot were not as punctual as it should be (I guess). It meant, that for example on the last day the route ended on the top of the mountain. And there's also another feedback: the planned routes were marked as "expert", however there were differences between "expert" and "expert" hiking routes which resulted that on one day the reoute was extremly hard and 2 of the group were really scared to do it. The bookings were totally fine. Everything went smoothly.

My daughter and I enjoyed the hike immensely. The distances were achievable but challenging: which is what we were looking for. Met and made some great friends on the hike! All the refuges were very good except for Refugio Bertone which barely served any food for breakfast and was very unwelcoming throughout the stay.

Well curated selection of huts and excellent navigation support with the app Komoot. Answered questions by email quickly and completely. Issues came in when we were on the trail and needed to make some adjustments due to impending bad weather. Providing some back-up routes and options (chair lifts, train, bus) would have really been helpful and increased our enjoyment. These are readily available through various sources on the internet and would really have rounded out the offering.

The trek details were well organized with refuges booked for each night. The process was easy for us, setting our minds at ease. When we asked questions Bookatrekking personnel responded quickly. We noticed that our itinerary was very similar to several groups on the trail, including a guided tour, and enjoyed reminiscing with our new friends each evening.

The process went smoothly for the most part, the bookings were made and I had no issues with them. Really enjoyed refuge la balm and les mottets (tmb western side). The maps on komoot were also nice, except for the last day going up to Maison vieille (I recommend that the bookatrekking team has a look at this as several people got lost on this day). Otherwise it worked well enough, and it was nice that you could download the maps for offline use. I truly enjoyed my trip, and booking through a company means that you will see the same people in all refuges along the way, share a room or be seated together for dinner, this was definitely a highlight of the trip for me! 😁

Overall we were very pleased with the arrangements. All reservations and meal services worked as planned. In a few instances we found the Komoot map to have minor errors which were easy to avoid as we also used IGN 1:25 000 maps and Strava to track our route. The short written descriptions of the route were probably cut-and-paste from some other itinerary as they were occasionally inconsistent. Very clear reservations, very responsive to requests to make changes before the trip started (preferred to have some private rooms, added on an additional day). The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that even though we had a WhatsApp number to call and text if there were problems, questions about changes in the route were not answered immediately. Things like weather are unpredictable, which is understandable, but there were routes which were impassable, and no one could answer our questions about alternate routes.

Overall excellent experience , they helped to book otherwise very hard to book mountain hut, itinerary well planned. Bookatrekking was easy to contact, reply promptly. The one star missing is because of the fact that there is better mountain huts along the way, but I can understand bookatrekking probably don’t always book the best hut to control the cost. For example Bertone could be changed to Bonatti for a much better experience. I would also switch Elisabetta to Combal because of overcrowdness and bed bugs. We saw a few bed bugs. Be aware there are bed bugs in some of the huts. Another thing to point out is that the komoot app,the GPS bookatrekking gives are not specifically for your intinerary, it is communal, you have to adjust it to your specific start and end point, we didn’t know about it on our first day, resulting walking some extra kilometer after a long day hike. All in all, would I use bookatrekking again? Yes. Would I do TMB hut to hut had I known? I’d hesitate. I would probably choose to camp and use baggage transfer service.

Great hiking! Maps provided not always accurate;ran into many challenges

Using the help of Bookatrekking is very convenient, it took only a few days from booking a trek to already receiving all confirmations and the hiking guide. All my additional questions were answered quickly. The huts were nice and everything went smoothly. One suggestion for future is to add more information about the daily routes, including alternatives or even just a warning. For example, on our 10 day TMB, end of stage 4, there was a part that was very difficult and even dangerous, which came as a bad surprise for us.

We have booked TMB with bookatrekking and I have got to say that it was a pure pleasure on our end. The refuges were safely booked and even some of the bookings included a private room instead of a dormitory which was amazing! If you're hesitating to purchase this trip from them don't be, you're in good hands!

My trip went flawlessly. The days were planned to my liking and I had no issues at the accommodations getting checked in. All huts were properly reserved, the rest day was in the perfect spot, and everything went as smoothly as one can hope when planning a trip 6-8 months out. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bookatrekking again. Only had 1 issues and it was immediately remedied via WhatsApp without second thought. The value was worth it on my end for having to do little to no planning other than preparing the body and mind.

The TMB was overall a great trail to hike. I liked that there was an option to only do a portion of the TMB. The refuges where we stayed were great. Bookatrekking's hiking guide was helpful and the komoot app. The distances provided in the hike was not accurate and was under estimated by at least about 2 km. The 2nd and 3rd days were very far for a days hike with lots of elevation. 23km and 25 km respectively according to my garmin. On day 4 there are two routes to hike. The main route and another route that goes over a col. Other hikers took the route over the col and had to hike through snow and it was late in summer. A warning of possible snow would've help them

Our trek was fantastic and memorable. We did have a few issues with hut owners. There seem to be a lack of communication between bookatreking and some huts. Our party had a cancellation and there seemed to be a problem of notification between myself, hut managers, and bookatreking. It was sorted out but Hut managers were not happy with us. We do thank bookatreking for booking our huts. They made it easy for a large party. Cheers

We had a great 10 days hiking the TdMB. The accommodations were generally well spaced out and comfortable. Because we were 4, we often got family rooms in the dorms, so had a bit more privacy which was welcome. It is possible to book all of the accommodations without bookatrekking, but it would have been very time consuming and left us with some uncertainty about distances between huts, etc. Having Bookatrekking take on these bookings made the trip much easier to organize!

The service itself is nice, especially for those who do not want to manage any bookings. Though you need to keep in mind that sometimes there are cases when you cannot reach the booked refuge (because of horrible weather, etc.) and for that you will not get refunded. So, for those who like freedom of decision, would be better to book everything by themselves although it might get tricky when booking late.

Bookatrekking were very helpful in organising our hike for us and telling us which walks to do. They were able to book us private bunk rooms for our group of 5 which was amazing too. The gite we stayed at on the first night was definitely a highlight, especially after the first day which was a lot longer then expected! - get the cable car from les Houches if you plan on doing the high route on day 1!! The Croix du bonhomme refuge was a bit of a let down- we don’t have high expectations of a mountain hut in the middle of nowhere- but there wer flies absolutely everywhere- landing on the tables indoors and also two of us had flies cooked into our food 😅, not to mention the drop toilets not being very well maintained. Luckily this hut had amazing views and Ibex nearby which made up for it.

After booking with bookatrekking, their staff went above and beyond to make our experience amazing and easy. Every single place they booked for us paned out and even though the quality varied, none were awful and all had rooms ready and food on the table for us. The only thing stopping me in giving them 5 stars is the fact that they recommended Komoot as a tracking app and some of the tracks were not great.

First time using Bookatrekking and for the most part it worked out very well. I would rate the experience as a whole 9/10 due to a mishap on the first day where the provided PDF guide from Bookatrekking wasn’t specific enough about the refuge we were staying at. It made us end up an hour and a half away from our stay, resulting in us having to book - and pay - at a nearby campsite instead. Since it was late in the evening there was no option to walk back to the planned refuge (as we had alrdy missed out on the otherwise provided dinner!). But what started with a mishap ended with another perfect 9 days of hiking with perfect weather.

Bookatrekking was incredibly helpful me created a great self-guided itinerary for the TMB. All the resources were super useful and we had an amazing time. The refuges they booked were all of a high standard and we ate like kings and queens!

Communication with Bookatrekking was always excellent and highly professional. Amazing thru hike and tour around the beautiful Mont Blanc massif!

This was one of my favourite experiences to date! Having the ability to have everything pre planned, booked and routed aloud it to be a stress free experience. Everything went smoothing and the company was able to answer all my questions very quickly! The pre set hiking trail links to Koomot was a life saver. I cant wait to book another hike through bookatrekking. I did the 10 day TMB hike and it was absolutely magnificent I'm new to hiking and definitely jumped into the deep end with this one but it was such a rewarding challenge! I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We did a ten day hike around Mont Blanc organized by bookatreeking. All the bookings planned out, and the route was well designed. Normally we plan and book our own trips, but using bookatreeking saved us a bunch of time at a minimal extra cost. I would love to give the experience five stars but unfortunately the written itinerary (pdf) provided by bookatrekking was quite faulty and not of much use. This was balanced by the brilliant app Komoot that had all the details right, so all in all def a recommendation when planning your next multi day hike. We will be coming back for more adventures.

Best experience of my life! We did a short Tour du Mont Blanc, and now we are planning to return to do the whole Tour. All arrangements and communucation with bookatrecking great.

Bookatrekking made the process very smooth. The huts booked were all fantastic, food was great. Overall the tour route (5 day Chamonix-Courmayeur) was probably a bit too long (I completed it on the 4th and then walked BACK to my accom outside of Courmayeur) but this would be due to different exercise levels! Very happy to have booked with a stress free option regardless. The variation options and access to Komoot trail paths were excellent.

We had a wonderful tour around Mont Blanc. We were very lucky with the weather, except for 1 day we were greeted by sunshine and beautiful panoramas. Fact, that the mountain huts were booked for us by bookatrekking made the organization much easier. Communication with Bookatrekking was great, we didn't need extra support during the tour, because everything was very well organized. Everything was fine (except sometimes the komoot track) All in all, you have to be careful with this kind of adventure, because you can easily become addicted.

I've used a similar service on another thru hike but this one was superb. Great level of communication before and throughout. I felt the small upcharge from organizing all this myself was well worth it.

Great trek, well organized, plenty of information. I would suggest moving the last night’s accommodation from Gite Le Moulin to Le Refuge de la Flégere to make the hike to Les Houches on day 10 more manageable.

I liked having all my places booked. Thank you! I wish I could have had better service in downloading the Koomot maps. I was the only one who was able to do that out of my group of four. When I asked for more help, it really wasn't given adequately. Appreciated the free drink at Aberge Mt Blanc:) Loved our treks, both Alta via and TMB. The only Refugio that was not very good was Vallercine, wished we could have been at Tissi instead. At Vallercine we were put in an old musty molding shed. All in all the trek was a fabulous experience

The classic Tour du Mont Blanc trip was fantastic and our coordinator, Annemiek did a great job with the huts/lodging arrangements and communication. She was very responsive and helpful especially when I ran into problem downloading GPX tracks for this self-guided trip. I enjoyed the itinerary of Mont Blanc and all of the huts we stayed at - all high quality lodging at beautiful settings. I appreciated that they included more challenging routes as options. It was a memorable experience and I would definitely recommend BookaTrekking to friends and family!

All was just wonderful and openminded

I completed one full leg/day of my trip and realized I hadn’t trained enough. It was amazing, but at 72 I was fatigued more than I ever knew mentally, emotionally, and physically. I had the good sense to get off the mountain and I did. You guys did a great job planning, I saw amazing vistas and met wonderful people, and now looking back I’m glad I’m still alive. Mt. We booked our unguided Tour of Mont Blanc with Bookatrek in February for a September 10 day hike. They did a wonderful job of arranging the tour and Refugio’s . Natascha was responsive in every way. Answered all our questions and eased our mind. She was able to arrange some private options for us for a reasonable fee. When arriving to the Refugio’s, we were greeted well when referring to our Bookatrek reservation. Our impression was that they are a reputable company all around. We highly recommend!

Did the self guided Tour Du Mont Blanc. They booked all the accommodation for me and provided the gps files to follow. I was very happy with the service, queries were quickly responded to & dealt with. Whilst the accommodations can be booked individually, this would be onerous and I was glad to have it taken care of for me.

Just come back from completing the Tour Du Mont Blanc. We decided to book with Bookatrekking and everything went really well, we had no problems at all with accommodation that had been booked for us. Overall they are great value for money. They also have a whatsapp number for us to contact them if we needed them for anything. Bookatrekking.com is fantastic value After initially trying to construct an itinerary for an Alta Via 1 hike it proved too challenging to make all of the necessary contacts at the various refugios and get all of the dates aligned. So after researching companies that provide this booking service I chose Bookatrekking based on their reviews and their affordable pricing. The trip experience was great and their were no issues at all with the arrangements that Bookatrekking provided. I did have to contact them for a couple of questions and they always replied promptly and answered my questions. During my trip I met several other people that also used Bookatrekking and they all shared with me that they had a very positive experience with them.

My sister and I did 5 days on the TMB and really enjoyed it. The refuges were clean and staff very welcoming. They tried so hard to accommodate my sister’s allergies in each hut. We met interesting people along the way and the views were beyond our expectations

The itinerary and maps were really useful! Easy way to book the trek accomodation and not too pricey! Some accomodations were amazing like Gite Moulin and Le motit but there were a couple that I think were not good, the cabin at D arpette was like a dog kennel with spiders in it, rather have a dorm room or pay a lot more for a private room.

we had a fabulous time, saw spectacular scenery and made new friends over our 11 day TMB trek. The refuges, refugios, gites and auberges we're all different and each had something great. We did feel our itinerary pacing and difficulty after Coumeyour did not take into account our 67- and 68-year-old body limitations... we had one day of 22 kilometers followed by a 24 kilometer day. The 22 kilometers day was described as one of the most difficult stages and the info from Bookatrekking said to get a good breakfast. Well, we had to skip breakfast altogether to give us enough time to complete the stage, which took us 11 hours. That was followed by the even longer stage the next day, which was described as an easy walk along the lake. Hah! The first half was fine and pleasant, and then it became a long long uphill slog. the lake comes at the very end and is at most 2-3 kilometers of the 24 kilometer day. Would have been so happy if our stay that night was in Champex and we could have enjoyed the lake. Instead, we had to hike kilometers beyond to get to our lodging. These two killer days was followed by the stage even mountain climbers we ran into said was really tough. The info from Bookatrekking noted the challenge and difficulty and mentioned an easier variant, but the language could have been stronger to warn us off. we opted for an easier variant and we're glad we did. So two days out of the 11 were more difficult then we would have liked, but other than that, we found Bookatreking a great company, responsive to our questions and all the arrangements went smoothly.

En fantastisk udfordrende, spændende og helt igennem smuk tur i et storslået landskab. Det var nemt at følge app’en, kun få gange i tvivl, fordi der var flere muligheder. Overnatningssteder med god beliggenhed og flotte udsigter, om end enkelte opleves som uden for ruten, hvilket forlænger turen, hvis man ikke benytter enkelte genveje. En tur og beskrivelse af alternative rutemuligheder er god, men kan udbygges. App’en indeholder, hvad man har brug for og jeg kan anbefale at booke med Bookatrekking fordi man går sin egen tur, og alligevel mødes med andre som man kommer til at kende ved overnatningstederne.

Het was een super mooie en leuke tocht en alles was top geregeld. Het enige waar ik nog een klein puntje kritiek op heb was de route en hoelang je er over zou doen. De hoeveelheid aan uur die er aangegeven staat en hoelang je er uiteindelijk over doet (zeker op dag twee) klopt echt niet. Ik ben altijd langer bezig geweest. Tuurlijk heeft ieder zijn eigen tempo maar dag 2 stond aangegeven als 5,5 uur en dat is veel langer geworden. Andere wandelaars die ik onderweg tegen kwam delen dezelfde ervaring. Als ik achteraf ook nadacht over of het kan in 5,5 uur, betwijfel ik het. Maar goed, dat is alleen iets kritisch op de specifieke route die ik heb gelopen. Verder hartstikke tevreden!

Begeleiding tijdens het voorbereiden zowel fysiek als aankopen vond ik top. Wel jammer dat we enkel in Frankrijk de app offline konden raadplegen en dus niet tijdens de andere tochten. Een unieke ervaring.

Bookatrekking odvádí skvělou práci při přípravách cest. Využila jsem jeho služby prozatím dvakrát a vždy vyšli vstříc mým, i zvláštním, požadavkům. Je skvělé mít při sobě jistotu v podobě itineráře, navigace, zajištěnosti ubytování i aktuální předpovědi počasí. Přesto je dobré, prostudovat si obdržené materiály s dostatečným předstihem a popřípadě se dohodnout na změnách. Tak jsem např. měnila dvě chaty na TMB tak, aby byly blíže hlavní trase a Booktreking tyto moje návrhy akceptoval. Bookktreking doporučuji cestovatelům, kteří nejsou příliš zběhlí ve vlastním vyhledávání a používání internetu, anebo si chtějí jednoduše celou přípravu cesty pouze usnadnit. A věřte mi, když potom kráčíte horami, nechce se vám hledět do mobilu a hledat potřebné informace. Je fajn mít je okamžitě při ruce na jedno kliknutí do aplikace.

Goed georganiseerde trektocht met wat schoonheidsfoutjes. De route is erg mooi, uiteraard, en over het algemeen slaap je in prima hutten, met hier en daar een uitzondering. Er waren bedwantsen in een van de hutten en bij een ander kreeg iedereen voedselvergiftiging. Inchecken bij de hutten ging allemaal voorspoedig als ook eventueel vervoer van en naar de hut. Wat me tegenviel is dat Bookatrekking soms hutten boekt die behoorlijk van de TMB route afliggen waardoor je soms flink extra kilometers en hoogtemeters maakt om van en naar je slaapplek te komen. Ook klopte het aantal kilometers/ hoogtemeters in de app niet altijd, sommige dagen liep ik zeker 5-10 kilometer meer met als hoogtepunt de laatste dag waar ik 7km en 900 extra hoogtemeters liep dan de app aangaf. Verder wel prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor een inmiddels erg populaire trektocht.

1) Sommige refugio's liggen redelijk ver weg van de tour. Je moet dan 's morgens hetzelfde pad bewandelen als de dag voordien om terug op de tour te komen. 2) de app volgt niet altijd het officiële TMB pad. Wij hebben bij voorkeur de officiële route gevolgd. 3) gans op het einde: moet je een afdaling doen naar Chamonix onder de skilift. Deze is heel steil en praktisch ondoenbaar. Dit is ook niet de officiële route. Een andere route om af te dalen naar Chamonix is aangewezen

Net terug van een prachtige ervaring ! Heel blij dat we dit konden doen, mooie refuges gehad, heel aangename contacten onderweg en dankzij een heel handige app, alles vlot gevonden!

Wij hebben de TMB unguided geboekt. Hele fijne reis waarbij goeien hutten zijn geregeld! Als feedback zou ik zeggen dat het fijn zou zijn als er elke dag bij zou staan hoe laat je kan inchecken bij elke hut, aangezien dit wisselt per hut en het moeilijk is om online te vinden. Ook was er een specifieke dag waarbij we een paar uur op de taxi moesten wachten aangezien door book a trekking was aangegeven dat ze pas om 18:00 er zouden zijn, maar blijkbaar liep dat taxi bedrijf er al vanaf 17:00 rond. Zou fijn zijn als er meer communicatie tussen de twee partijen zouden kunnen zijn zodat je eerder aan je accommodatie kan en douchen na een zware dag hiken. Maar elke keer als ik feedback had voor book a trekkking namen ze dat heel goed op, dus ik kan zeker aanraden om met dit bedrijf hikes te boeken en dat ben ik zeker van plan in de toekomst!

Erg goede reis. Alles was goed geboekt, de app werkte fantastisch met het aangeven van het weer en de route. Enige puntje was dat de aangegeven route niet altijd de leukste optie was, maar dat zijn kleine verbeteringen die mogelijk zijn. Zeer aan te raden.

O trekking organizado pela Bookatrekking foi excelente. Os refúgios foram muito bons, o GPS do app funciona muitíssimo bem. Valeu muito a pena! Recomendo!

Świetna organizacja, wszystko było dobrze zaplanowane i przygotowane. Dodatkowo plan trasy był bardzo atrakcyjny.

Alle boekingen zijn goed geregeld, er waren geen problemen. En een mooie wandeltocht.

Het was goed georganiseerd/ geregeld door Bookatrekking daarmee bedoelde de boekingen van berghutten, de communicatie, de Bookatrekking app waar alles in staat evenals de wandel routes incl. GPX (zodat je een back-up hebt op je telefoon) bij een storing van de app. Er is ook nog punt om nog een betere experience te krijgen (ondanks de 5 sterren) te weten: meer alternatieve routes in de Bookatrekking app (namelijk alle varianten van de TMB - ik miste dat echt omdat ik soms meer uitdaging wilde hebben -). TMB alleen gelopen 30 juni t/m 9 juli ‘25 waarbij ik de berghutten heb geboekt via Bookatrekking.

Die 10-tätige Tour du Mont Blanc ist anspruchsvoll und nicht jedem zu empfehlen.Die jeweiligen Etappen sind unterschiedlich schwer und müssen gut von zeitlichen Abläufen gut geplant sein. Man muss beachten, daß das Wetter sehr schnell umschlagen kann und die Abstiege durch den Matsch nahezu unbegehbar werden können und jeder nächste Schritt gut überlegt werden muss, was wiederum teilweise mit deutlich längeren Zeiten verbunden ist. Sehr oft stimmen die Zeitangaben an den Beschilderungen oder durch den Veranstalter selbst nicht und verkompliziert wird es alles durch unterschiedliche nicht vorab bekannten Zeitpunkte beim Einchecken in den jeweiligen Hütten. Aus den genannten Gründen ist ein frühzeitiges morgiges Aufbrechen für die angesetzte Etappe entscheidend für entspannte Wanderung. Manche Unterkünfte sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß sind. Teilweise ungepflegt und unsauber,insbesondere der Zustand der Toiletten sich dem Mittelater ähnelt. Die Bewirtschaftung hat teilweise ebenfalls viel nachzuholen. Die besten Unterkünfte sind im privaten Besitz wie in Gite Les Melezes und Gite le Moulin. Bei Berufstätigen ist sicherlich eine kurze Erholung nach der Tour zu empfehlen.

Duidelijk en goed georganiseerde trekking.

Het was een geweldige reis, maar het ontbijt stelde niets voor. Bij de beschrijving van de dag stond dan dat je een stevig ontbijt moest nemen, en dan was er altijd enkel maar oudbakken brood en confituur. Het avondeten was wel altijd DIK IN ORDE, zo lekker gegeten! Ook het uitzicht is fenomenaal, de gps werkte goed (ik raad wel aan alles op voorhand te downloaden ‘voor offline modus’, want dat was een beetje lastig in de berghutten. Topvakantie!!

Goede begeleiding voor en tijdens de trip! Vooraf voor bereikbaarheid en tijdens door geweldige navigatie!

Heb de Mont Blanc trail gelopen en wat een fantastische omgeving. Bookatrekking heeft alles goed geregeld en hielden mij goed op de hoogte.

Atemberaubende Natur, tolles Essen in den Hütten, Wetterspektakel, über sich und seine Limits hinauswachsen !

Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Een super wandeling gemaakt van 10 dagen

Bookatrekking heeft veel uit handen genomen voor een eerlijke prijs. Alles was duidelijk, ook in de voorbereiding. Het enige was dat ze zowel in de brochure, als in 1 van de routes een foutje hadden gemaakt, wat er helaas voor zorgde dat we op dag 2 onverwachts 1,7 km verder moesten lopen. Slordig, maar gelukkig reageerden ze binnen 5 min op het nood whatsapp nummer. Al met al een zeer prettige ervaring!

Hele mooie uitgestippeld route, die je langs al de mooiste plekjes rond de Mont blanc brengt. Via de komoot app zo gemakkelijk op de routes te volgen. Ik vond het geweldig!

Al met al een geweldige tocht, met enkele puntjes voor verbetering. - Dag 4 en 5 (Vanaf Rifugio Elisabetta op dag 4 tot Gio Bertone op dag 5) zijn 2 korte dagen, terwijl dag 6 juist een relatief zware dag is. Ik zou de afstand op deze 3 dagen iets beter uitspreiden, bijvoorbeeld door op dag 4 door te lopen naar Courmayeur of op dag 5 door te lopen naar Walter Bonatti / Rifugio Elena. Verder is de totale duur (10 dagen) goed te doen. - De Komoot route klopt af en toe niet, met name in Zwitserland. Het is niet moeilijk om de weg terug te vinden maar af en toe verwarrend. - Veel mede reizigers zijn ziek geworden na Maison Vieille (voedselvergiftiging) Natuurlijk niet jullie schuld maar misschien iets om rekening mee te houden in de toekomst. Verder zoals ik al zei was het geweldig! Veel dank :)

Eine wirklich einzigartige Tour, die durch Bookatrekking nicht reibungsloser hätte verlaufen können. Tolles Wetter, tolle Landschaft, tolle Menschen - Einfach der Hammer!

Alle Buchungen waren korrekt. Vegetarische Option war kein Problem. TourMontBlanc ist sehr stark besucht. Werden gleichartige Touren wieder mit bookatrekking buchen.

Excelente experiencia. Ruta de senderismo exigente pero espectacularmente bella. Experiencia única que todo aquel que le guste el senderismo debe hacer.

De tips, begeleiding en de beschrijving van de routes.

Die Tour wurde von Bookatrekking insgesamt gut geplant. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Was ich jedoch insgesamt schade finde ist a) dass ich als Einzelperson 200€ mehr für die selbe Tour mit den selben Leistungen zahlen muss. Ich zahlte 1200€ für die TMB, während es für zwei Personen nur 1000€ pro Person waren. b) dass ich die Tour nicht mehr selbst buchen konnte, was daran liegen könnte, dass Bookatrekking viele Plätze vorreserviert.

Super organisiert, die Hütten genau der passende Abstand und die Menschen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bookatrekking bezorgde ons op voorhand heel wat informatie over onze trektocht. Bovendien hebben zij ook al onze hutten gereserveerd waardoor we zorgeloos op vakantie konden gaan. Zeker een aanrader!

was een hele mooie ronde en hutten waren dikke prima. Alleen de beschrijving was wat kort en klopte niet altijd. Ook de duur in KM en hoogtemeters niet.

En general todo fue muy bien. Los únicos puntos a mejorar son: 1- Komoot muchas veces te manda por caminos inexistentes o muy mal señalados lo que genera caminar bastante más de lo previsto 2- La etapa 1 debería extenderse un poco y de ese modo tal vez hacer más corta la 2. Entiendo que tal vez no haya siempre disponibilidad de refugios 3- la cena en Relais D’Arpette fue pésima. Todas las demás comidas fueron excelentes 4- La comunicación con book a trekking durante los días que estuve en la montaña no fue fluida ya que respondieron a mis consultas dos días después de realizarlas. Y no era fin de semana

Es war eine tolle Tour, die Hütten und die zu bewältigenden Stecken waren sehr gut ausgesucht und mit der Reservierung hat alles super geklappt. Z.T stimmten die Beschreibungen der Touren und die Höhenprofile nicht mit der wirklichen Tour überein, aber die GPS -Tracks stimmten. Alles in allem war es eine supervtour und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Unterkünfte, Halbpensionen und Streckenplanung mit Alternativrouten wurde von Bookatrekking vorgelegt, das macht die Expedition zu einem unkomplizierten Erlebnis mit einem tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vielen Dank!

Service und Erreichbarkeit (schriftlich,telefonisch) waren sehr gut. Die Auskünfte und Reiseunterlagen (guidebook) waren sehr gut. Die GPX-tracks entsprachen nicht immer er Originalroute (TMB), das könnte man eventuell anpassen. Sehr positiv ist aber, dass die tracks immer bis an die Unterkunft herangeführt haben.

De vooraf gegeven informatie was perfect en alle documenten met tot in details de gegevens inclusief de gps tracks per dag… Wat niet helemaal werkte was het noodnummer van Bookatracking… Waar dit aan gelegen heeft weet ik niet… Wel werd er geantwoord op e-mail.

Bon chois pour les refuges. Efficacité pour avoir les trajet sur application. Je recommande fortement.

Alles was goed geregeld zodat wij “alleen” maar hoefde te lopen!

De tour op zich is bij momenten supermooi en zwaar, wat het een onvergetelijke ervaring maakt. Hoewel er best veel bookatrekkers op pad waren ben ik zeker niet onder de indruk van het bedrijf. Twee maal per mail een vraag gesteld, zonder antwoord. Bij herhaling dan opeens wel onmiddellijk een antwoord. De gedetailleerde route die beloofd wordt beperkt zich tot 5 lijntjes. Totaal nutteloos. Koop zeker zelf de reisgids als je wil weten waar je wandelt of een variante wil nemen! De vermelde gpx files van komoot zijn wel nuttig, maar die vindt je zelf ook... Het voorgestelde traject en de afstanden zijn goed, maar in de refuge de Mottets wil je echt niet in de dorm slapen, neem een kamer! Refuge Bertone is best ok in tegenstelling tot wat de meeste online reviews schrijven. Als je de absolute botheid en gebrek aan een straaltje vriendelijkheid in deze twee vermelde refuge erbij neemt... Al bij al indien je wegens tijdsgebrek of gebrek aan ervaring niet zelf je route kan uitstippelen en de refuges boeken, ok via bookatrekking. Hoewel met de opmerkingen van de twee vermelde refuges!!!

De 10-daagse huttentocht Tour du Mont Blanc was een onvergetelijke ervaring mede door het deskundig advies vooraf en probleemloze arrangement van bookatrekking.

De trip was prachtig. De beschrijving van de wandeling in de begeleidende tekst klopte nietop sommige punten, dat kan echt wel beter. En een van de hutten klopte niet, dat is na mailcontact gecorrigeerd. Contact met het bedrijf verloopt via mail, die is vlot en vriendelijk beantwoord. Er is wel een telefoonnummer voor nood.

Super, jammer van de laatste dag. Ik heb een super tijd gehad op de Mont Blanc, fijn dat Book a trekking dit voor me heeft geboekt. Wat jammer was dat we de laatste etappe van circa 6 uur in 2 dagen hebben gewandeld. 1 dag van 4 uur en de andere van 2uur. beide waren voor ons te korte dagen en hadden daarom liever de track niet in 5 dagen maar in 4 gelopen.

Die Unterkünfte waren dank der App leicht zu finden. Die Etappen waren anspruchsvoll, aber machbar. In der Unterkunft St. Elisabetta waren die Sanitäranlagen sowie das Frühstück enttäuschend. Besonders gut waren die Unterkünfte Maison Vielle und Les Chambres du Soleil.

Ik heb de TMB via deze site geboekt, en ben net terug van dit geweldige avontuur! Bookatrekking heeft voor goede overnachtingen gezorgd, een mooie route waarbij het aantal kilometers goed over de dagen verspreid werden, en ze reageerden altijd snel op vragen. Super tevreden dus, want dit heeft me een hoop stress bespaard. Het is een betrouwbaar bedrijf die goed communiceert met zijn klanten, dus wat dat betreft hoef je niet te twijfelen om voor deze organisatie te kiezen. Alleen kleine tip: Voor de TMB kan je beter de bordjes langs de weg volgen ipv Komoot (bijgeleverde gpx bestanden), die wil er nog wel eens wat naast zitten..

Traumhafte Halbe Rundtour Mont Blanc Es war für uns eine neue Erfahrung, eine mehrtägige Hüttentour mit Matratzenlager auf den Hütten zu machen. Die gigantischen Ausblicke auf den Gletscher verzauberten uns immer wieder von neuem. Die Touren waren trotz der vielen Höhenmeter locker zu schaffen. Wir haben viele Bekanntschaften aus der ganzen Welt gemacht. In den Hütten wurden wir sehr herzlich mit leckerem Essen versorgt. Ich kann diese Tour jedem, der etwas sportlich motiviert ist, empfehlen.

Einfache Auswahl und Buchung der Tour. Exakt der Service, den wir brauchten. Gute Tourunterlagen und sehr zuvorkommend bei Anfragen. Einfach klasse.

De 5-daagse Tour de Mont Blanc was erg leuk. Bookatrekking had alles goed voor ons geregeld; van info vooraf tot aan de reserveringen van de hutten. Ik raad iedereen die van hiken houdt deze Tour aan!

De huttentocht was erg goed georganiseerd. Goed verzorgde hutten en duidelijke route ontvangen van te voren. Zeker aan te raden!

Mijn TMB was fantastisch en alles is goed gegaan. Natuurlijk zijn er altijd wel dingetjes die ik hieronder zal melden. Ik ben zeer tevreden over Bookatrekking. Altijd bereikbaar, zeer vriendelijke en kundige mensen. Ook 'op de berg' klopte alles. Wat dat betreft volledig ontzorgd! Een paar puntjes: - een aantal keren stond mijn reservering op naam van Rintsje Bosch. Dat gaf hier en daar verwarring, omdat dit niet mijn naam is. De Fransen noch de Italianen doen daar niet moeilijk over, maar de Zwitsers wilden uitleg. - De Refuge du Bonhomme is mijns inziens onder de maat. Smerige wc (2 voor ca 50 gasten.....), chaos bij de incheck en geen picknick (meer) beschikbaar (en daar zit je dan bovenop de berg zonder eten....). Alles wel overleefd hoor :) Dit zijn natuurlijk kleine bijzaken die mijn goede gevoel over bookatrekking niet hebben beinvloed. Ik ben zeer tevreden!

Easy to do business with! Bellen, wens uitspreken en de boel werd geregeld. Goeie briefing. Noodplan inclusief en hobbelen. Fijn!

Fantastische tour (westelijke deel) samen met mijn zoon. Alles goed geregeld, hutten goed, gezellig en zuiver met goed eten en drinken. 1 nacht pech door zeer luid snurkend persoon. Kan gebeuren. We hadden goed (warm) weer, dus ook mooie vergezichten. Telkens de varianten van de TMB genomen, was voor ons goed te doen. Wandeltijd tussen de 5 en 6 uur voor ons, dagtijden incl pauzes en geocaching, ruim 7 uur. Vroege start mogelijk zodat we tussen 3 en 4 in de volgende hut waren. Westelijk gedeelte gaan we zeker ook nog eens doen, wederom via booktrekking. TMB vraagt wel wat hike ervaring in de bergen. Regelmatig mensen ontmoet die niet wisten waar ze aan begonnen of te slecht getraind zijn. Wees voorbereid, Bijzonder goede, leuke en mooie ervaring geweest met bookatrekking

Zowel de Alta Via 1 als de Tour du Mont Blanc werden perfect voor ons georganiseerd door Bookatrekking. Twee zeer positieve ervaringen wat ons betreft!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Unterkünfte waren gut bis sehr gut und immer nette Wirte. Die Tourenetappen waren bis auf eine Etappe gut aufgeteilt. Diese Etappe wäre 27 km gewesen und wir mussten euch erst darauf aufmerksam machen, dass das zuviel ist (Tag 5 ). Das sollte vorher gecheckt und kommuniziert werden, denn sonst kann man evtl. Nicht mehr umplanen, weil dann andere Hütten voll sind. Es sollten auch in dem Wander Guide PDF die individuellen Etappen mit Komoot Planung aufgeführt werden. Es gab nur die Standard Etappen, die wir erst auf unsere Übernachtungen checken und speichern mussten. Das ist aufwendig und gehört denke ich zum Service.

Prima support, goede informatieverschaffing, de boekingen waren allen top in orde!! Het was de TMB. Bereikbaarheid bookatrekking was uitstekend. Graag weer voor een volgende keer!

El comunity mànager de la empresa, también interactua contigo a través de las redes sociales, lo cual te hace ver que estás acompañado con la empresa en todo momento.

Mooiste vakantie die wij ooit hebben gehad. De reis hebben wij ervaren als een plezierige combinatie van een sportieve uitdaging, bourgondisch leven en prachtige natuur. De hutten waren adembenemend mooi en het eten heerlijk. We werden overal gastvrij ontvangen en hebben leuke mensen ontmoet. Het was erg fijn lopen met de gps en het team van Bookatrekking reageerde zeer snel via whatsapp voor en tijdens de tocht. We kwamen erachter dat hiken een zeer goede keuze is voor een stressontladende vakantie waarbij elke dag voelt als een week met wat je allemaal ervaart, ziet en meemaakt. De Tour du Mont Blanc is iets wat je gedaan moet hebben in je leven. Het verdient een waardige plek op je bucket list.

Half juni 2021 contact gelegd met Bookatrekking.com omdat ik last minute nog een huttentocht wilde lopen rond de Mont Blanc. Het contact is vanaf begin meteen erg persoonlijk en duidelijk, iets wat ik erg waardeer! Zelfs in een zeer kort tijdsbestek is het ze gelukt om de trektocht goed te regelen (de hutten waren zeer goed en op prachtige locaties). Wij hebben in juni de Tour du Mont Blanc gelopen en het was een geweldig avontuur. Voor ons (beginners XL) echt pittig, maar daarom juist fijn om wat dingen uit handen te geven. Met bookatrekking kan je snel en goed communiceren. Fijne mensen, geweldige vakantie!

Wij kwamen in contact met bookatrekking via een internetsearch. Nadat we enkele uren zelf hadden geprobeerd onze tour aaneen te knopen, kwamen we op de site bookatrekking.com terecht. We deden online een aanvraag en werden gecontacteerd via mail en later telefoon. Na een heel fijn contact, waren we overtuigd en hebben we een topreis beleefd. Er waren enkele etappes van de trekking die niet evenredig waren met andere (dagen die te kort waren en bijgevolg enkele héle lange dagen die dit moesten compenseren), maar dit gaven wij als feedback door en dat werd goed ontvangen.
