I pay a deposit now. What happens next?
Once you pay a deposit, your booking is made, you receive a payment confirmation and the availability is checked again. What about the rest of the payment?

I prefer to pay the full amount in advance. Is this possible?
Certainly. Then choose payment of the full amount (100%) when booking.
What happens once I have booked?

Can I change my booking?
You can change your reservation by contacting our trekking experts to discuss the possibilities.
How do you go about cancellation?
You wish you didn’t have to, but there is no other way: You find yourself having to cancel your plans. In this case you will lose your deposit. Please contact our trekking experts to arrange your cancellation.
